The security guard at the hotel entrance greeted us warmly each time. The reception staff was professional. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean daily i appreciate the fresh orange juice served at reception.
i found that loud music at night made it difficult to sleep before trips.

The hotel's location is central. It is very close to the main street. The pool was nice and the rooms were really big. Beds were comfortable and towels were clean.
The Wi-Fi barely worked in the room. It constantly asked for login. It rarely loaded anything. I relied on my own data. The air conditioning was also poor. It blew only noise and not cool air.

The rooms had daily cleaning and were quite spacious. The location suited me well with nearby amenities. I found the prices reasonable , providing good value for the services. The staff, specifically at reception, assisted with taxi arrangements.
During my stay , the shower lacked consistent warm water. This made showering uncomfortable , especially in the evenings. The room had a slightly musky smell, which I found a bit off-putting.

Stuff worked with love. Cleaning happened all the time. Mr Reda was friendly and professional at the pool. Pool designs with shaping towels looked great. Breakfast included everything I needed. It had super fresh bakeries. Reception manager and Mostafa was professional.
The place did show some signs of wear and tear.

The resort offers an amazing location inside the heart of naama bay. i found the sandy beach especially pleasing, allowing snorkeling with diverse fish just off the shore. the staff was very helpful, working to facilitate requests. rooms were adequately cleaned and contained sufficient space. I found fresh water and coffee supplied regularly.
The wifi was technically available, though it had some difficulty reaching my room. This was slightly inconvenient.

staff members were generally kind and helpful in addressing concerns. the reception, in particular, was efficient. the tour operating service, sharm discovery, provided professional assistance for planning local excursions.
